You can only survive about three days without water.

The healing properties of water have been known since ancient times. To heal many diseases, people visited the bathhouse, took various baths and, of course, drank water, but the healing effect was achieved by using clean water that was not contaminated with harmful chemicals.

The body needs water not only when you are thirsty - all human organs and systems consist of liquid, so water is important for maintaining health and prolonging life.

Only water can truly quench your thirst - juices, tea, coffee do not allow you to achieve the desired satisfaction.

All processes in the body are carried out under the influence of water. It helps process food into an energy component, promotes necessary substances into cells, participates in cleansing work, restores the functioning of blood vessels and joints, and helps dissolve various deposits and remove toxins and waste. It also helps ensure stable body temperature in any weather.

The benefits of water for the human body are enormous:

- improves brain function - the brain consists of a large volume of water, and lack of it causes a decrease in brain activity, as the delivery of necessary elements to brain cells deteriorates;

- helps to get rid of the constant feeling of hunger - sometimes it is impossible to distinguish between the feeling of hunger and the feeling of thirst, and when drinking water in the required daily volume, the constant feeling of hunger disappears, as a result of which extra pounds do not appear due to unnecessary snacks;

- helps eliminate toxic substances - many harmful toxins are eliminated through the kidneys, and normal functioning is achieved by drinking enough water daily;

- ensures normal functioning of the digestive tract - thanks to water, constipation is prevented and “waste” from the body’s vital functions is well removed;

- makes the skin younger - daily consumption of the required volume of water prevents dry skin and has a beneficial effect on skin condition;

- reduces the risk of developing infectious diseases - due to lack of water, the immune system suffers, as a result of which a person is susceptible to infectious diseases;

- acts as a lubricant for joints - due to a lack of fluid, muscle spasms can occur, in addition, water is the main component of “lubricants” for joints, so it is recommended to drink water before and after exercise;

- reduces the likelihood of developing a heart attack - drinking seven glasses of water a day reduces the risk of heart disease by 70%;

- promotes the production of enzymes that burn fats - fats are broken down using lipase, and this enzyme does not work if there is a lack of water;

- acts as a thermoregulator of the body - water regulates body temperature, which is why it is so important to recover after sports by drinking clean water;

- improves well-being and gives vitality - water acts as an excellent antipyretic, removes toxins, gives vitality to all cells of the body, improving its condition.

Recommended intake:

The human body loses about 2.5 to 3 litres of water per day. Water comes out through the skin, during breathing, and during urination. It is this amount of fluid that the body removes that serves as the basis for the norm of water consumption per day. But it is important to know that the body itself produces 3-4% of the fluid due to the biochemical processes that occur. We also get 40% of our water from eating and drinking. And the rest of the liquid needs to be replenished by drinking clean water every day. At the same time, you should not focus on the feeling of thirst, which arises in response to the body’s anxiety about impending dehydration.

You have to drink a minimum of 6-8 glasses of water every day. But there are factors that increase fluid intake, such as hot weather, playing sports, and taking some medications.
